Not true. Do not make this mistake, or you will be sad. However, there is no lathering involved, which can be tough to get used to if you believe cleanliness is directly related to the amount of bubbles you create while scrubbing. But trust me– your hair will get totally clean, and without the awful, harmful, hair-nutrient-stripping junk you find in a lot of shampoos. And, I personally have never found anything else out there that leaves my hair as soft and shiny.
