Yep– the ever-famous Phil the groundhog from Pennsylvania has spoken: we will have six more weeks of winter, and thus it is totally appropriate to slip on these plaid oxford heels before Spring and all of its bright-ass colors sweep in (really! He said that! I SWEAR).
